every managed account
ARIA integrates with the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API to automate the operational tasks that consume hours of manual work each week. Every One Apollo client receives full access to ARIA's capabilities as part of their managed service engagement. Each seller account explicitly authorizes access via Amazon's standard OAuth consent flow, and all data remains scoped to that individual account — never shared or aggregated across sellers.
Supported Amazon Marketplaces
ARIA currently supports the following Amazon regions, with additional marketplaces available on request.
Active = currently deployed for managed clients. Inactive = supported, available upon client request.

for every module
Each ARIA capability maps to specific Amazon Selling Partner API roles. The table below shows exactly which API roles are required, what data is accessed, and how it is used within the platform. Access is granted per-account via OAuth and is revocable at any time by the account owner.
| ARIA Module | SP-API Role Required | Data Accessed | How It Is Used |
|---|---|---|---|
| Advertising Bid Optimization | Amazon Advertising API | Campaign metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, sales, ACoS, CVR), keyword bids, targeting bids | Automated bid adjustments based on ACoS thresholds configured per account. Changes are logged with before/after values for full auditability. |
| Performance Intelligence | Amazon Advertising API Brand Analytics |
Campaign, keyword, and targeting performance data; Brand Analytics Search Query Performance; Sales & Traffic reports | Generates period-over-period performance reports at the campaign, keyword, and account level. Brand Analytics data is used to contextualize organic search share, click share, and conversion share for the authorized account's own ASINs. |
| Search Term Discovery | Amazon Advertising API Brand Analytics |
Search term reports from auto campaigns; Brand Analytics Search Query Performance data | Harvests converting search terms from auto campaigns. Brand Analytics Search Query Performance is used to validate search volume and competitive positioning before promoting terms to exact-match campaigns. Terms are classified into the 5-tier PPC architecture. |
| Inventory-Aware Budget Management | Amazon Advertising API Inventory & FBA |
FBA inventory quantities, sales velocity data, portfolio budget configurations | Adjusts advertising portfolio budgets based on current FBA stock levels and projected sales velocity. Pauses ad spend when inventory falls below 15 days of supply to prevent stockout-driven wasted spend. |
| Automated Review Requests | Solicitations Orders |
Order IDs, delivery dates, fulfillment status | Identifies orders within the 4–30 day post-delivery window that are eligible for review solicitation. Sends one review request per order via the SP-API Solicitations endpoint, in compliance with Amazon's one-request-per-order policy. |
| Price Elasticity Testing | Listings Sales & Traffic |
Current listing price, session data, conversion rate, unit sales, revenue per session | Runs structured pricing experiments across multiple phases (20+ days each) to measure demand elasticity. Identifies the optimal price point that maximizes contribution margin per day. |
Brand Analytics data
ARIA uses the Brand Analytics role within the SP-API to access Search Query Performance data exclusively for the authorized account's own branded and non-branded search terms. This data is used to improve advertising decisions and performance reporting — not to aggregate, benchmark, or compare data across sellers.
Search Query Performance
ARIA accesses the account's Search Query Performance reports to understand how the account's ASINs perform within specific search terms — including impression share, click share, and conversion share.
- Identifies high-potential search terms where the account has impressions but low click/conversion share
- Validates search term volume before creating new advertising campaigns
- Tracks organic ranking trends for the account's priority keywords
- Surfaces opportunities to improve listing content for underperforming search terms
Data Use Boundaries
ARIA strictly adheres to Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy (sections 4.4 and 4.5) and Data Protection Policy regarding Brand Analytics data handling.
- Brand Analytics data is accessed only for the individually authorized account
- Data is never aggregated, combined, or compared across multiple seller accounts
- No Brand Analytics data is displayed to, shared with, or accessible by any other seller
- Data is used solely for optimizing the authorized account's own advertising and listing strategies
ARIA operates on a per-account basis. Each Amazon seller account explicitly grants access through OAuth. No data is shared between accounts or aggregated across sellers.
Authorize via OAuth
The account owner grants ARIA access through Amazon's standard OAuth consent flow. Permissions are scoped to only the roles required.
Configure & Deploy
We configure ARIA's modules for the account's specific portfolios, SKUs, brand names, and target metrics. Automation schedules are set.
Monitor & Report
ARIA runs on recurring schedules, executes optimizations, and delivers performance reports. All changes are logged with full audit trails.
client engagement
No separate software fee.
ARIA is not sold as standalone software. It is included at no additional cost with every One Apollo managed service engagement. There are no per-seat fees, no usage-based charges, no feature gating, and no hidden costs. The managed service fee covers all ARIA platform capabilities plus dedicated account management, strategy, creative services, and operational support.

Sample engagement tiers
All tiers include full ARIA platform access — advertising optimization, Brand Analytics reporting, search term discovery, inventory-aware budgeting, automated review requests, and price elasticity testing. Pricing varies based on the number of seller accounts, marketplaces, advertising spend under management, and scope of consulting services required.
Sample scenario: A seller managing 2 accounts on amazon.com with $15,000/mo in combined ad spend would typically fall into the Growth tier at $2,500/month. This includes weekly bid optimization, monthly performance reports with Brand Analytics insights, automated search term harvesting, inventory-aware budget adjustments, and daily review solicitation — plus dedicated account management and strategic advisory.

ARIA is built to comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy (including sections 4.4 and 4.5), Data Protection Policy (DPP), and the Solution Provider Agreement. Each account's data is isolated, never aggregated across sellers, and used solely for the operational benefit of the authorized account.
Per-Account Isolation
Each seller account is authorized individually via Amazon's standard OAuth consent flow. Data from one account is never combined with, compared to, or shared with data from another account. All API credentials and refresh tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) and scoped to the specific account. Account owners can revoke access at any time through Seller Central.
No Data Aggregation or Cross-Seller Access
ARIA does not aggregate, benchmark, or compare data across multiple seller accounts. Analytics and reports are generated for each individual account based solely on that account's own performance data. No seller can view, access, or benefit from another seller's data. ARIA does not promise or provide access to aggregated Amazon marketplace data.
Data Retention & Deletion
Performance snapshots are retained for up to 13 months to support period-over-period comparison and trend analysis. Data is used exclusively for the authorized account's operational optimization. Upon termination of the managed service engagement or at the account owner's request, all stored data for that account is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Policy Compliance
ARIA operates within the Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Advertising API guidelines. All API calls are rate-limited, logged for audit purposes, and comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and One Apollo's Privacy Policy.
