9. ARIA Platform Data Handling (Amazon SP-API)
ARIA is ONE APOLLO's automation and analytics platform. It is built to comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy (including sections 4.4 and 4.5), Data Protection Policy (DPP), and the Solution Provider Agreement. Each account's data is isolated, never aggregated across sellers, and used solely for the operational benefit of the authorized account.
Per-account isolation. Each seller account is authorized individually via Amazon's standard OAuth consent flow. Data from one account is never combined with, compared to, or shared with data from another account. All API credentials and refresh tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) and scoped to the specific account. Account owners can revoke access at any time through Seller Central.
No data aggregation or cross-seller access. ARIA does not aggregate, benchmark, or compare data across multiple seller accounts. Analytics and reports are generated for each individual account based solely on that account's own performance data. No seller can view, access, or benefit from another seller's data. ARIA does not promise or provide access to aggregated Amazon marketplace data.
Data retention and deletion. Performance snapshots are retained for up to 13 months to support period-over-period comparison and trend analysis. Data is used exclusively for the authorized account's operational optimization. Upon termination of the managed service engagement or at the account owner's request, all stored data for that account is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Policy compliance. ARIA operates within the Amazon Selling Partner API and Amazon Advertising API guidelines. All API calls are rate-limited, logged for audit purposes, and comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.
10. ARIA Platform Data Handling (Intuit QuickBooks Online)
ARIA connects to Intuit QuickBooks Online through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 consent flow. This section describes how ARIA handles QuickBooks data and applies in addition to the rest of this policy.
What we access. ARIA accesses accounting records from the QuickBooks Online company you authorize, limited to the scopes shown on Intuit's consent screen at the time you connect. ARIA requests only the scopes it needs. ARIA never receives your Intuit username or password, and it cannot access a QuickBooks company you have not authorized.
How we use it. QuickBooks data is used solely to operate ARIA for the authorized company, including bookkeeping automation, reconciliation, and financial reporting. We do not sell QuickBooks data, we do not use it for advertising or marketing, and we do not use it to train machine learning models.
Per-company isolation. Each authorized QuickBooks company is kept separate. Data from one company is never combined with, benchmarked against, or disclosed to another. Access is restricted to authorized ONE APOLLO operators who need it to run the service.
Storage and security. OAuth access and refresh tokens are held server-side only. They are never exposed to a browser or client application, never sent to a third party, and are scoped to the specific authorized company. They are stored on access-controlled infrastructure with encryption at rest, and all data in transit is protected with TLS. Refresh tokens are rotated on Intuit's schedule, and access is limited to authorized ONE APOLLO operators.
Sharing. We do not share QuickBooks data with third parties, other than service providers who host or process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or where disclosure is required by law.
Retention and deletion. QuickBooks data is retained only while the connection is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect ARIA, or on request, the stored data for that company is permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law.
Disconnecting. You can revoke ARIA's access at any time in QuickBooks Online under Settings, then Apps, then Disconnect. You can also email aria@one-apollo.com and we will revoke the connection and delete the stored data. Revoking access stops all further data collection immediately.
Independence. ONE APOLLO and ARIA are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains governed by Intuit's Global Privacy Statement. Use of ARIA is governed by the ARIA End User License Agreement.
