Two ways to start. Bring a vendor you already work with at a price you have already agreed, and we manage the project at cost plus 10%. Or we find the vendor, show you the quote with the vendor's name withheld, and proceed once you approve it. Everything we pay on your behalf, engineering, tooling, samples, production, inspection, and any freight we book, passes through at what we paid plus 10%, with the invoice attached. Nothing is fronted. You pay each stage to us with the 10% on it and we pay the vendor.

Factory shortlisting from suppliers we have qualified and from direct market search, matched to your product's process, volume tier, and quality standard. On-site audit of any new factory by an independent inspection house we hire for your job. Reference verification. Quotes compared on a normalized basis and shown to you before anything is committed.
Production Oversight
Our 1APG Limited team in Shenzhen manages the program in Mandarin, day to day, in country. Milestone inspections are scheduled with an independent inspection provider. Production schedule monitoring with early escalation for delays that affect shipment dates.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Arranged with an independent quality control provider we have used before, hired for your job and passed through at cost plus 10%. We do not make the parts and we do not inspect them ourselves, so the report answers to you.
Export and Logistics Coordination
Ship direct from the factory on your own freight account and we add nothing. Where we consolidate at our Pingshan warehouse, book LCL, or pay a forwarder on your behalf, that cost passes through at cost plus 10%. Export documentation and customs clearance coordinated either way.
