05 / Automated Optimization

The team knows what
to optimize.
The system knows what to do first.

The Problem
Three ways teams optimize
the wrong things first

Prioritization is as important as execution. Optimizing a $200/month campaign before a $20,000/month campaign is common and costly.

01

Optimization driven by recency rather than impact

The campaign that showed a spike in ACOS this morning gets attention before the campaign that has been underperforming for three weeks. Recency bias in account management is a systematic problem. The action that happened most recently is not necessarily the action with the highest revenue impact.

02

No visibility into the total optimization opportunity

An account manager who knows their largest campaigns well does not have a complete view of every SKU's pricing, every listing's conversion rate, and every competitor's recent moves simultaneously. The highest-value optimization may be in the part of the account that is reviewed least frequently.

03

Recommendations without revenue estimates

Telling the team to 'improve the A+ content on ASIN X' without an estimate of the conversion lift and associated revenue impact does not allow prioritization against other items on the list. A ranked action queue requires impact estimates, not just action labels.

The Work
Four recommendation categories
with revenue-impact ranking.

Each category covers a different type of optimization opportunity. All are ranked by estimated revenue impact before delivery.

01 — Advertising

Advertising Optimization Recommendations

Bid adjustments, budget reallocations, campaign structure changes, and search term management actions — ranked by estimated ACOS improvement and revenue impact. Each recommendation includes the current state, the recommended change, and the estimated impact if the change is made.

02 — Listing

Listing Improvement Recommendations

Title, bullet, and A+ content updates that ARIA identifies as likely to improve conversion rate or organic rank — ranked by estimated impact based on current conversion rate, traffic volume, and keyword gap analysis. Not every listing needs work every week. The recommendation identifies which ones do.

03 — Pricing

Pricing & Margin Recommendations

Price adjustment opportunities identified from competitive positioning, conversion rate trends, and margin analysis — ranked by estimated contribution margin impact. Each recommendation includes the price change, the expected conversion rate impact, and the net margin effect.

04 — Inventory

Inventory & Supply Recommendations

Reorder alerts, overstock flagging, and FBA placement recommendations — ranked by urgency and potential stockout or overstock cost. Inventory recommendations are weighted by stockout risk: a SKU with five days of cover ranks higher than one with thirty days.

How It Works
ARIA generates the queue.
The team works the top of it.

ARIA generates the full ranked action queue. The team reviews the top items and acts on the highest-value ones. The rest queue for the following week.

01

Data Aggregation

ARIA pulls current data across all connected platforms: advertising performance, listing metrics, inventory levels, pricing, and competitive signals. The aggregation runs on the weekly reporting cycle.

02

Recommendation Generation & Ranking

Optimization opportunities identified across all categories. Each opportunity is estimated for revenue impact using the account's historical conversion rate and revenue data. The full list is ranked by estimated impact.

03

Delivery & Action Tracking

The ranked action queue is delivered to the client team in the weekly performance report. Actions taken are marked as complete. Outcomes tracked in the following week's data to validate the impact estimate.

What You Get

Next Step

Work the highest-value
action every week

We work through referrals. If you have been referred, send us a message and we will run a one-week recommendation audit and show you what the top ten actions would be for your account.
