Brand Registry unlocks A+ content, the Brand Store, Sponsored Brands, and brand protection tools. An enrollment done under the wrong trademark or linked to the wrong account loses access to every downstream feature. Correcting it requires Amazon case work that can take weeks.

FBA setup without account health baseline

Sending inventory to FBA before reviewing account health metrics, IPI score, and reimbursement claim status hands Amazon the product before the account is configured to support it. FBA fees, storage limits, and shipment requirements vary by category and enrollment state.

Shopify store built without Amazon integration logic

FBA Enrollment & Account Health Baseline

FBA category approval where required, shipment plan configuration, IPI score review, and reimbursement claim audit before the first shipment is sent. The account health baseline identifies issues that need resolution before inventory is committed.

03 — Catalog

GTIN & Catalog Architecture

UPC/GTIN assignment, parent-child variation structure, category and item type mapping, and listing creation architecture. The catalog structure set at this stage determines how listings perform in search and how variations are attributed — changes later require case escalation.

04 — Shopify

Shopify Platform Configuration

Theme setup or audit, product catalog import, payment and shipping configuration, and Amazon integration logic setup. For brands deploying on both Amazon and Shopify, the integration layer is built here so inventory, pricing, and orders flow correctly from the start.

Pre-Setup Audit

For accounts that already exist (even if new), we audit the current state before making any changes: existing brand assignments, variation structure, FBA enrollment status, and any open account health issues. The audit determines what is already correct and what needs to change.

Sequential Configuration

Setup is executed in the correct sequence: brand registry before listing creation, account health resolution before FBA enrollment, catalog architecture before advertising structure. Sequence errors create dependencies that are expensive to untangle.

Handoff Documentation

Every configuration decision is documented: what was set, why it was set that way, and what will break if it is changed. The handoff document is the operating manual for whoever manages the account going forward.
