When the inventory system does not receive real-time updates from FBA, Shopify, and 3PL simultaneously, the inventory position shown in any one system is wrong. Automated order data flow from each sales channel — Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, wholesale — into the ERP or 3PL system. Order status updates flow back from the 3PL to each channel. No manual export or import required.

Real-time inventory position synchronized across all channels and storage locations: FBA, Shopify fulfillment, 3PL, and in-transit. The inventory system reflects the actual position — not what it was when someone last exported a report.

Advertising Data Pipeline

Automated extraction of advertising performance data from Amazon, Google, and Meta into the central analytics system. Data available for analysis without manual pull, current as of the last sync interval.

Supplier & Procurement Integration

EDI or API integration with key suppliers for purchase order transmission, order acknowledgment, and advance shipping notice. Reduces purchase order processing time and eliminates manual PO entry errors.

System Architecture Audit

Integration Build

Integrations built using available APIs, webhook connections, or middleware where direct APIs are not available. ARIA provides the integration layer for Amazon SP-API, advertising APIs, and Shopify Admin API. Third-party integrations are built on the appropriate middleware platform.

Testing & Monitoring

All integrations tested with production data before full deployment. Error handling and retry logic configured. Monitoring set up to alert on integration failures — a failed sync that goes undetected is as bad as not having the integration.
